Kelly Kutchaw-Polak is the Federal CoChair of the Indigenous Advisory and Monitoring Committee for the Trans Mountain Expansion (IAMC-TMX) and the Director of IAMC-TMX Partnership and Engagement within Nòkwewashk at Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). In these roles, she leads interdepartmental collaboration and builds partnerships to strengthen oversight and advance Indigenous inclusion in resource development.

Kelly is recognized for her ability to lead through change and foster collaboration, with expertise grounded in a strong understanding of government priorities and a proven commitment to integrity and partnership-building. She holds a Master of Arts in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, with a Concentration in Law, Policy and Government from Carleton University
